I booked 4 rooms and the service was pathetic. The drainage system in the bathroom was blocked. The geyser was not working. The toilet seat was broken. All rooms didn't have same size or services. The blankets provided were filled with dust and have dirty patches on them. At the time of checkout they said one of your bedsheet has blood patches and you have to pay ₹1000 for the same. This is the way they take money from you.

stay was good with the family. service and management was also good. Food and ambience was an added perk. The view is surely good as sun rays land in your room. comfortable rooms. Must visit if you are in patni top.

simply amazing view with"L" shaped balcony , they gave great discount on their own as we turned up on last min, they have glass windows that compliments the L shaped balcony and very friendly staff, one of our main waiter whose name i am forgetting who served us every day was a very efficient chap. Rest you need to see the place to appreciate its beauty so highly recommend this one !

Location is excellent, and is among the best of all. Just opposite of the cottages. Rooms were nice,comfortable and spacious. Had balcony with average view. Staff were cordial and helpful. Ample parking space. For food, we had it at nearby humble restaurant, probably the only place, which was tasty and very much affordable.

Not at all a good hotel. There are better hotels in same range. No WiFi service provided and rooms were also unclean and dingy. Though the staffs are well mannered, the manager isn't so helpful. The quality of food is satisfactory.
